LEAN-IN TO A VIBRANT EXPERIENCE
We revere birth. With birth comes a variety of joys as well as challenges to navigate. Over and over clients express the desire to beautify their labor and birth experience, and to weave in practices that are grounded in spirituality. We hold space and honor the container you create no matter the faith you practice. Together we discover: what does your sacred heart and inner knowing yearn for?
Connection to Joy & Spititual Vibrancy Facilitate Unfolding
What brings you joy? What spiritual practices are right up on the everyday surface of your life, or could be mined from your life? The rush of the world has us in a bit of a tail spin, and as with most things during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum, that all becomes magnified during this time. It becomes easier to tap into what we fear and want to avoid rather than what we actually envision and want. What this time period begs of you is to slow down and listen to the rhythm of your inner knowing. Constraints are real: time, money, access, etc. But at the end of each and every day, you are your wisest teacher, and until you need guidance, it is our job to entrain to you and your wants, not the other way around.
Seek what sparks a fire so fierce it will move you through to the end. Joy, vibrancy, and beauty are as vital as choosing a care provider you trust. Knowing what you do want & what you can let go of is a potent force for any birthing person.
The spirit and ritual of birth show up in many robes. The robe which appears for you depends on a variety of influential factors including birth location as well as your hopes and wishes. A dymanic power becomes strongly rooted in you when bringing forth practices and aesthetics that facilitate you to resonate as your most authentic self. Our goal is to hone in on what brings connectedness, spirituality, and even magic to this most profound leg of your trek on the way to meeting your new little one. This process is not only about your child being born, it is also about you being born as a parent and protector, guide and advocate. When you bring what you love and cherish in a world full of disent right up to the surface, you also teach your kiddo to do the same. So, why not begin that kind of relationship right from the start?
Spiritual life is first and foremost about commitment to a way of thinking and behaving that honors principles of inter-being and interconnectedness. When I speak of the spiritual, I refer to the recognition within everyone that there is a place of mystery in our lives where forces that are beyond human desire or will alter circumstances and/or guide us. I call these forces "divine spirit." When we choose to lead a spirit-filled life, we recognize and celebrate the presence of transcendent spirits.
